During those decades, five citations have not stopped the 68-year-old former bed and breakfast owner from sunbathing in the nude. "It's just a matter of freedom to the mind and the body," she said. But now Dickens and scores of "naturists" who visit Playalinda's last northern access point -- historically, but not officially, known as clothing-optional -- could find themselves facing possible fines and arrest after an increase in complaints about nudity.
